Multi-Store Connect
Connect multiple Shopify stores and manage their synchronization relationships from a single StoreSync experience.
- Connect another Shopify store that has StoreSync installed, using its store URL and StoreSync App Key
- View, show/hide, and copy your store's StoreSync App Key from Sync Manager
- One Primary store with any number of connected child stores
- See every connected store with its name, domain, connection status, and connected-since date
- Manage Store opens a connected store's Sync Manager directly in Shopify Admin
- Disconnect child stores at any time
Resource Sync
Synchronize supported Shopify resources from your primary store to every connected store with centralized sync management.
- Resource-level selection — pick one resource, several, or Select All
- Store-to-store sync: existing records are updated and new records are created
- Records are matched by handle, email, path, file name, or title depending on the resource
- Sync jobs run in the background with live progress, estimated time remaining, and per-resource details
- Cancel a running sync job
- Sync Summary with total, updated, created, and failed record counts
Some resources have sync limitations — for example, orders are created as pending without payment or fulfillment data, and Companies require B2B on both stores. Limitations are shown on each resource in Sync Manager.
Real-Time Sync
Keep connected stores synchronized with automated, near-real-time updates when supported resources change on the primary store.
- Event-driven updates powered by Shopify webhooks
- Changes are processed automatically in the background and pushed to connected stores
- Verified, de-duplicated events with loop protection between stores
- Real-Time Resource Sync on/off control, managed from the primary store
- Refresh Real-Time Webhooks from the Configuration tab
- Real-time Sync History with search, date, action, status, resource, and store filters, plus per-event details
Real-time sync keeps records that have already been synced up to date — run a Resource Sync first. Deletions are not propagated to connected stores.
